For some reason the Photos app on my computer no longer works. I can't save images, make screenshots, etc. And when I try to access the images in my computer it causes the browser to crash. Most importanly, I can't make any new listings on eBay right now because I can't add pics. What can I do?

@gardeltango, if your photo problems started after that update, that could be the cause of your problem.
Here's a link to help you determine which was the last update installed. Get the update # and we can see whether there have been any problem reported. Sometimes MS releases a patch to fix problems caused by an update.

It's a common bug on windows 10.

Thanks for this! When I get my new pc I may need it.
For the op...I used malwarebytes free for years and finally decided to pay for it. It's great!
I use irfanview free software for image/photo editing. I love it.

You might want to run an anti virus scan first then if that doesn't work go to '' systems restore'' and go back to when your pc was working ok . If all that fails you may need to reinstall windows . Good luck - Tulips

Ah, the dreaded Win 10 updates. Always a VERY good chance something will stop working.

I thought everyone loved Win10 with its forced updates, constant changes, and total disregard for user settings and preferences.

Have you done any disc clean ups? You might have GB of junk hanging around, do a disc clean up and see.
Do you 'optimize' (which cleans up files and defrags) on a regular basis? Win 10 has NO tolerance for people who don't do this often. When you crash do you get a blue screen or what?
