Don't know what to tell you except this is what I see on my home page (on both of my accounts) which is part of a scrolling banner and when you click on "See Details" the link is the one I noted above...

Sure didn't work for me. I neither got the 10% offer (AGAIN!!), nor did I receive a single sale today, when I normally get 2-8 a day. Guess none of my customers got the offer either....

Pretty simple really. If a potential buyer isn't visiting ebay, They have no way to know there's
a coupon available.

We've seen a steady parade of sellers who've seen a drop in sales. My sales are dismal. The coupon isn't helping me. Not yet, anyway.

I used to think I had bad luck always getting a ebay bucks offer after I made a large purchase.

Now I am thinking that is what triggers one.

Got the offer and made two purchases.  Goofed up on one. 

Read too fast as $25 total and not per item, and made a $24 best offer on an item which was immediately accepted.  Whoops.  But I'll look at it this way... I get to keep an actual, physical dollar in my pocket instead of a $2.50 virtual, finite gift certificate.
