I have been selling on ebay for 12 years and have never had this problem until recently. I am selling health and beauty products and a lot of my items are being removed for being ALLEGED counterfeit items. Even though i told ebay i can prove that all of my items are authentic they still dont want to give me a chance to prove it. Recently my account was restricted from listing new items for 3 days because of this policy and then again today my account was restricted from listing new items for 7 days. I was told that the automated system is making these decisions which makes no sense at all. Now with all of my new inventory i just purchased i cannot list any of it and 7 days is a long time. I feel that this policy is keeping me from making the income that 7 days of listings would represent. As far as i am concerned if ebay allows this policy then they are responsible for these lost earnings especially since i was not given a chance to prove that my items are authentic. I would like to get some feedback on this terrible policy and if it is affecting other sellers as well. It is a terrible feeling when you have the inventory to list but not allowed to do so because of an automated system making making very bad decisions that are causing you to lose quite a lot of income.

I would reach out to e-Bay for Sellers on Facebook and ask them to assist you - if you can prove these are new and you have receipts from reputable stores/sources, then I would absolutely try to get this resolved vs dealing with the bots.

Looks like you sold about 18 Kate Moss Supreme tee shirts at about $250 a pop.
"I will print a copy of the COA and include it ."
This is an issue. A copy of the COA? That means there is no COA or the COA being shown does not apply to the item in question. Good possibility those are the alleged counterfeit items. The COA is counterfeit; it is a copy.

How are you sourcing all those "new" health and beauty/perfume items? Why are they without boxes and/or packaging?
Although I didn't look at each listing, I noticed on the Bulgari listing, you have a quantity of 3 claiming they're NWOB yet the description states that "All perfume is tested to spray properly before shipping."
if you're testing all your items, that's a lot of spritzes and those bottles are no longer full and new (even if they were new)!
For your completed listing with the title "Optavia Optimal Health Dark Chocolate Dream Bar 11 Fuelings READ!!" you are selling expired food, a huge no-no.
Another listing for "Optavia Creamy Double Peanut Butter Crisp 6 Bars" have an expiration date of 06/16/2022.
I'm betting there are more problems with expired items, items described as "new" but were used, etc.

Selling expired food won't result in a counterfeit notice. High end perfume yes.
"Now with all of my new inventory i just purchased i cannot list any of it and 7 days is a long time."
If they got another shipment of the shirts in question and tried to list one it's likely a notice would be generated. Curiously they sold about 28 of the 'vintage new without tags' shirts and did not receive feedback on any. If a suspension goes from 3 days to 7 days they likely tried to list the same counterfeit item repeatedly.
