I just made a great buy on some Aleve (I sell a lot of otc medications but have never had this issue.) I listed it and 5 minutes later it was removed. The prescription drug policy they quoted when they removed it is not being violated in any way. It is fda approved naproxen with long exp dates. I looked it up and prescription Strength aleve is 255+ mg. This is 220 like all other aleve. Has anybody else dealt with this problem? When I called support she first tried to read the policy to me and I told her it didn't violate the policy. Then she told me that she would have to send it to internal affairs or whatever the department is. Super frustrated right now.

Could be the expiration date. I notice with a lot of ink cartridges and OTC meds, the expiration date is missing in the description and I always have to ask.

Sorry to hear. Have not sold OTC drugs on here for a very long time.

I looked at the OTC policy (linked above) -
What was the exact wording in the email from e-bay for the take-down? Wondering if bullet 1 should read "concentration of the non-prescription drug in the description"?
Not certain what caused the bots to dump it so quick - I would not re-list it on here again.

What is really weird is they have an actual "category" for it:

Something in your Title must have tripped up the bots?

YES, they also have a category for CB linears and linears are illegal on cb radios.

I'm wondering if Naproxen did it. I didn't have naproxen sodium because it wouldn't fit. It was strange.

I'm wondering the same thing myself. I had them listed in the item specifics but not the description. Either way I have to wait till I hear back from them before I relist it. I'm not trying to get restricted over some Aleve

Proceed cautiously even if the customer service reps tell you it is ok to relist. Many times we hear in the forums that relisting formerly pulled goods end with another removal and stiffer penalty. Even after the seller was given the go ahead, they pull it again. My strong suggestion is not to relist the Aleve again. Too risky.
Good luck, and sorry this happened to you.
