Address can't be verified

I have an order to ship to an address that the computer systems aren't verifying.  

I ran it through USPS.com ZIP code lookup and that site also says it doesn't recognize the address.

I sent a message to the buyer asking him to verify and change his address in eBay and PayPal so that I can ship.

The listing is 1 Business Day shipping and I have to process soon so that it will go out by tomorrow.  

How long would you wait for the buyer to respond?

Depends on how available you are to get the item ready & shipped.  If item was purchased today you have to ship tomorrow.  If you have time to wait (and can still get to post office or get it shipped) later into the day before sending it I would give them until tomorrow.

Can a buyer simply change their address and it will update? Not sure if that works anymore, so you might have to cancel and have them re-purchase anyways, based on invalid address.

You need to cancel the transaction due to: Problem with buyers address.

You will get your fees back and can relist so the buyer can repurchase with their correct address

You must ship to the address in the actual Paypal transaction to be covered by Paypal Seller Protection.

 Someone please correct me if I've worded this incorrectly.

I Googled the address.  The buyer is a doctor and uses that same address all over.  I couldnt get USPS to spit out a verification.  I shipped it.
