Can I add a video on my listing product here? I always see a lot of photos here, but a video's maybe better to have a clearly look on my products.

You can add a link to a YouTube video...I use clickable thumbnail links. Buyer clicks on the link, and it will open in another window. Here's an example:

You must follow ebay's video link rules.

So that means I can't upload any video here, just use video in the link that Ebay allowed, right?

eBay listings do not accept video files, so yes, you'll have to link it as explained in the previous two posts.
eBay does accept GIF, however, only the first frame will be used, it will not be animated so don't try that.

If you mean can you upload a video to play within the listing itself, no, you cannot (that may change later this year, but for now, you cannot do it. What you can do is load your video to YouTube, then put a link to it in your listing. You can use a plain text link, or you can use a clickable thumbnail link as I showed. I use this tool to create the YouTube thumbnail link html to my ebay listing:
https://www.flippertools.com/ebayYoutube/embed-youtube-videos-in-ebay-listings.htm
Once you get the html, you can insert it into the listing description (be sure its set to "HTML" not the regular box)
