Active Items not showing up

Hello Ebay community!

I am new to Ebay and have a couple items I have recently listed. It shows they are 'Active' however are not showing up when I try to search them. It has been well over 24 hours. Any ideas on what I could possibly be doing wrong?

What are the item numbers? What search parameters did you use?

224592911689 is one. It's a Daisy serving bowl. 

224592940882 is a book called Buzzard Bait.

I searched exactly how I titled it.

New listings can take up to 24 hours to be indexed and appear in search; if you revise a listing before it appears, it goes to the back of the line.

It appears you have revised both items today.

Ahhh I see. Well that definitely explains something!! I have revised my listings as there have been notices about filling in unfilled categories (for more customers view). I thought maybe that was a possibility of the issue. So revising puts back to 24 hour mark then?

It does not always take a full 24 hours to index, but revising a listing that has not been indexed yet does delay the item from appearing in search. Theoretically you could keep revising the listing every few hours and never actually see the item appear.

I have had the same problem.  It’s some kind of eBay glitch apparently,  I called but no solution?
