My account got suspended (mc011) for a second time in the past two weeks. No it requires for me to do the same steps again. Is there any way to get a contact number of the office team that is in charge for the type of suspensions?!

Your best chance to get where you wanna go might be thru EBay for Business on Facebook.

Use the instant messaging tool.

What is the email telling you?  Please post it here and black out any personal data.

What are the reasons eBay gave for the suspensions? The more we know, the better advice we can offer you.

It will be difficult to reach a specific department. But i agree with the other poster, try a private message to the customer service on eBay’s Facebook for Business page. (I don’t have the link, but others do and will likely post it here later should you require it.)

Checked out your Completed listings. You have begun selling multiple high dollar items, a change from your previous selling history. You are not alone. This same factor has been triggering seller account suspensions recently, and is the likely reason for the second MC011.

The best way to handle this is to give eBay exactly what it has requested of you, even if you have provided it previously. Good luck to you, and hope you can provide the information eBay is seeking, so as to resolve the matter expeditiously.

PS—As for reaching the team handling these matters, the quickest way is to follow the instructions eBay sends when an account is suspended. There is no way to reach them by phone that i am aware of, but the email eBay includes with the suspension message is a direct channel to the team managing such affairs. Wish you well.

1 hour later right after my conversation on Facebook   I received an email from EBay with this.

Stay the course with patience.  The team reviewing these types of cases could have thousands if not ten thousand to sort through, hard to say how many.

Just provide exactly what they ask for, no more or no less.

No, suspended is just that, suspended.  No more selling on eBay.

Good luck with future opportunities.

They tell you in that last email EXACTLY what you need to do.  So do that.  Supply them with the information they wanted through the link they provided.  Even if you have done it before, do it again.  Standing your ground because you sent it before will get you no where except in the same place you are today.

Do get them the tracking information, then as they instructed you, reply to the email to further get the appeal processed.

Is there a problem with doing that?

A woke person owns the platform and this is the main issue.

The primary concern is that this system seems to favor those who are already well-established. Like many emerging sellers, I find the two-week processing time for product delivery and paperwork verification excessive. Notably, this has occurred twice in less than a month. A colleague of mine experienced a permanent suspension of his seven-year-old account without clear justification, even after providing all requisite documentation. His funds were blocked for over 120 days.

Also, things like bills are relentless, irrespective of a seller's cash flow, and maintaining employee morale becomes challenging when workflow is inconsistent. This situation seems indicative of larger corporations leveraging their influence, keep creating an imbalanced access to economic resources. Such practices echo sentiments commonly associated with authoritative regimes.

Only communist act like this.

What?  What does "woke" have to do with anything?  This isn't racially related.

I understand your concern, but you also need to understand that Ebay has laws and regulations they must comply with.  It doesn't require your agreement to them or mine.

You are a casual seller, meaning you don't sell on a regular basis.  You have sold some high ticket items.  Ebay will absolutely take a very close look at you and your documentation to make sure that you are selling responsibly.  This is just something you will need to deal with until you prove yourself to Ebay.  If you have a 90+ day lapse between selling, it will likely happen to you again in the future.

Your best action is to comply with whatever they have asked you for.  And not this isn't "communist" acts.  That is a bit of an improper accusation.

Look, if you don't want to comply with what they have asked, that is your choice.  But you will then need to live with the outcome of that decision.

@oszemo-llc

This is a business, not a government.

There is not a single request that eBay has required of you that has anything to do with your rights as a citizen. Selling on eBay is a privilege granted by the corporation, not a human rights issue.

As a fellow seller I will give it to you straight—Since your account began suddenly selling multiples of very expensive products on eBay, this automatically triggered an internal investigation designed to ferret out a 1) possible hacker take-over of your account, or 2) illegal activities (such as the selling of stolen goods or selling non-delivered goods).

So now you must prove you are an above-board seller and have delivered the goods you have sold.

If you fail in this task, the suspension will become permanent with no appeal. You granted eBay your okay to implement a policy that can close your account at eBay’s sole discretion, at any time. See eBay’s User Agreement for more information about your obligations as a user of the platform.

Ideally, already familiarizing oneself with eBay’s rules and policies is preferable before one commences selling.

They requested me to send them all receipts and invoices for listed items over 2 month period. That’s insane. I already did this less than two weeks ago, and got my account reinstated.
