I created my first listing by yesterday. But it lasted about an hour. after I chatted with a member account was restained.  What if I do listing again?

You must follow all the rules to avoid suspension. It's that simple.

Whatever you listed don't do it again.  If they suspend you again it may be forever.

are you a seller? do you know about key tags? what if i selling my key tags at eBay?

What do you mean “after you chatted with a member.” Did you give EBay any reason to believe you were taking the transaction off eBay? If you list all the relevant information in your listings there is rarely a reason to chat with  a potential buyer. Can you tell us what you discussed? Also don’t understand “restained account “.

Do you have a Payoneer account that will allow you to get paid?

Do you have a license from the SriLankan government?

There is almost no reason to discuss your descriptions with buyers. That is probably why your account was restricted.

Also dropshipping from Chinese suppliers is a scam. The products are poor quality, there is little demand, and most Westerners can buy the same items in dollar stores/pound shops for less than they can from you.

Offer SriLankan products that you buy locally yourself.

Ceylonese teas are prized around the world. As are SriLankan spices and spice mixtures. With the exception of jewelry, handicrafts are not in much demand.

What do you know well? What is your own profession or the professions of your family members? Are there products you use at work which would be hard to find elsewhere?

before start selling at eBay, I chatted with a member(ebay).
