Do you understand what the FDA is???
You can't get it approved and you cannot sell that on e-Bay, etc.
Are you certain your account has been reinstated?
No offense meant to you, but it you wish to sell on the US platform of e-Bay, you do need to understand what is and is not allowed to be sold on this site and what items are considered prohibited.
Policies on restricted or prohibited items – overview | eBay
Please BOOKMARK this link above. Keep it handy. Refer to it often.
My only other advice to you is that drop-shipping is not a viable business plan to sell online.
E-commerce for your area (Sri Lanka) is heavily regulated and failure to comply with taxation, filings, reportings, has serious consequences. Would strongly suggest you research thoroughly what your requirements are before you work to proceed further.
To be able to be compliant Sri Lankan Govt requires:
Have you done all 4 of the above in order to participate legally in e-commerce as a Seller from Sri Lanka?
Good luck to you, be safe.

According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, it appears that people in Sri Lanka need to register as a business first, in order to be able to receive payments in foreign currency, to their BFCA (Business Foreign Currency Account). Here's a link to their website, then click on CAN YOU ACCEPT FOREIGN CURRENCY AS EARNINGS FROM YOUR BUSINESS ACTIVITIES IN SRI LANKA?
Then, you need to register for eBay managed payments, and you will need to have (or create) a Payoneer account when you do that. Your bank account, Payoneer account and eBay account all need to match, so if your bank account is a business account, your Payoneer and eBay accounts have to be business accounts too, and your name and address have to be spelled exactly the same. Payoneer will verify your identification documents, which may take a few days, or a few weeks.
For sellers in Sri Lanka, Managed Payments will be able to deposit your payments into your Payoneer account. Here's more information about managed payments for sellers outside the USA. There are other links on the export.ebay.com website that have a lot of information that should be helpful for you.

eBay may well have suspended your account until you can verify your ability to sell and accept funds in Sri Lanka

I’m worried what bad English that’s written in - are you sure that’s from EBay?

And doesn't address the fact that OP needs to check with his own government before accepting foreign funds, but oh well.

Ebay doesn't suspend accounts "without reason".

I agree with @this*old*attic . I doubt that notice is from eBay. So be very wary of someone promising to reinstate your account for a fee. Once you are indefinitely suspended, there is no recourse for reistatement except under extraordinary circumstances. Please be cautious.

Could be a new scam, did you have to pay a fee?

Your account was likely suspended because of claims your product cures heart disease, treats cancer and fights bacteria. Moringa is not FDA approved.
Prescription and over-the-counter drugs policy | eBay
It is not allowed to claim any health benefits from legal substances that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) hasn't approved

Check VERO list before listing.

I imagine that's it. OP's listing said the stuff: "Suppresses cancer. Cures heart disease. Controls cholesterol." Those are outrageous claims.

That was not written by someone whose first language is English. Also, it is a silly explanation for the suspension. I do not believe you received that from eBay.
