Account suspended without reason

I'm from Srilanka  i have started to sell on eBay on last month, and i have verified Payoneer also.

Yesterday i have listed my product after that 4h gone my account has been suspended under mc999 after few minute account suspended permanently. 

Then i tried tell that customer service they don't want to help me they look this lightly

After that i use my last option i send mail to customer service , i tell what happen all the things and i uploaded my stock photos , i have received order from Canada then i uploaded that shipping document of that order  

After 5h I have received from email from eBay  Your eBay account is reinstated

This is my question -  I genuinely do my job but why eBay discourage us  getting lightly actions

                                         -  Please advice what I'm do after reinstated my account

Do you understand what the FDA is???

You can't get it approved and you cannot sell that on e-Bay, etc.

Are you certain your account has been reinstated?

No offense meant to you, but it you wish to sell on the US platform of e-Bay, you do need to understand what is and is not allowed to be sold on this site and what items are considered prohibited.

My only other advice to you is that drop-shipping is not a viable business plan to sell online.  

E-commerce for your area (Sri Lanka) is heavily regulated and failure to comply with taxation, filings, reportings, has serious consequences.  Would strongly suggest you research thoroughly what your requirements are before you work to proceed further.

To be able to be compliant Sri Lankan Govt requires:

How do I get a business registration certificate in Sri Lanka?

1. Approving your business name from the Registrar of Companies.
2. Submitting registration forms 1, 18, 19 to the ROC.
3. Submitting articles of association to the ROC.
4. Giving public notice about company incorporation.

Have you done all 4 of the above in order to participate legally in e-commerce as a Seller from Sri Lanka?

eBay hires foreign reps that have poor english.

It is true their listing violates policy,  They can't make those claims that their dietary supplement suppresses cancer and cures heart disease.  Saying in your terms payment by PayPal  also leads people to believe that's how they have to pay. eBay says refrain from stating a preferred method. eBay puts the methods a buyer can pay in the listing. They can pay more ways than PayPal.

I think when a listing has ended it's too late to report it.  But it's definitely against policy to list a supplement that claims a health benefit the FDA hasn't approved.

With the health claims you made in the listing, which you can’t say in an eBay listing, your account probably will be permanently closed soon.

I see you still have an active listing running so you aren't currently suspended.  However, your listing has PayPal listed as a payment method which I believe is not legal in your country as a method of receiving international payments.  Also, I believe that your government requires that you register as a business to sell internationally.  You will probably need to contact them.

These are the types of messes of listings that the direction to the OP should be to just contact CS.  One trainwreck issue after another.   You cannot assist where it was doomed from the start.
