hey there i hope you are going well!!
ebay has restricted my account and they asked some information for verification process, according to ebay request i have submitted al the documents, now they told me that if i have to solve all of my cases for reinstate my account, but i dont have any request or dispute for resolve, i have e-mail to ebay for that but not respond yet, please tell me what should i do?

Emailing Ebay is likely not to help you at all. That process to get help is long and hard. You end up repeating yourself many times. I strongly suggest you go to Ebay for Business on Facebook.

You do have a few unhappy buyer's and that does not look good to eBay for such a new seller.
Drop shipping is fraught with problems and any cases buyers open must be dealt with straight away, if eBay has to step in to assist the buyer then your seller metrics will be affected badly.

You have a lot of feedback that is not good. Not to mention your choice to reply to the feedback was very unprofessional. Calling people "bro" and "you're stealing from me" is inappropriate not to mention a violation. Drop shipping is a very risky way to do business and most here advise to steer clear of it as this is the result. Your shop displays poor seller behavior. This is why you have been restricted. Too many unhappy customers and poorly manufactured merchandise will do you in every time.

Your responses to all the negative feedback are hilarious. Never seen anything like it lol. You thought you where sending private responses but actually everyone can see them. Just stop responding until you figure out the eBay messaging and feedback system better
