Because you are not talking to eBay, we will need more information about why your account was restricted to try and help. Maybe a screenshot or cut and paste of the message you received, with personal information covered up, would be a good place to start.

You left recent feedback but haven't  received any. Why were your listings private? Why were you trying to hide them?   Were your items removed?  I hope they weren't removed due to VeRO reporting them as being counterfeit. You can't fix that. We need more details.

Is the restriction that you can't buy or that you can't sell? 

It looks like the 3 sellers from whom you received feedback are all from China and all sell very inexpensive items, often purchased by newbies to build feedback.

I found a cached listing. 

The OP is restricted because he was dropshipping fake Disney Pixar items from China.

That definitely will get you suspended from selling. I thought it was something like that.

If you got shut down for selling fake items, not much you can do, but join the others from Sri Lanka that get shut down for the same thing.

You guys might think it's ok to buy and sell that fake junk from China, but it's not ok here.

If so you are probably indefinitely restricted from selling.

The email I received said in the header that my account had been restricted. The body of the email has no further information. It seems that I must have requested a payout that left Ebay with insufficient funds to take their fees. Money from further auctions has resolved that, as there is now more than enough money in my Ebay account to cover seller fees. I also changed my debit card to the bank that is receiving my payouts without any problems. All help through Ebay tells me to follow the steps in the email to resolve my issue, but the email is blank. so I go round and round, occasionally trying tto list an item to check if Im reinstated. But I'm not, so far. This happened two days ago.
