Account restriction

My account has been put on restriction and blocked from any further selling.  In very confused by this as there are 11 other people selling the SAME EXACT thing Im selling.  There is nothing illegal or misleading or fraudulent in what I was selling.  I've asked eBay over and over to tell me what the cause of this is and they say they can't disclose YET when I got frustrated and wanted to close me account they wouldn't close my account until I fixed the problem. 

If you won't tell me the problem I can't fix it... 

Im all paid up in my fees- I have exceptional feedback-- been with eBay over 20 years... Im honestly clueless.  

I've asked why the others are still operating when Im blocked but still no answer.  

This truly seems like Im being targeted

What was the item? Did you relist it multiple times after eBay removed your listing? Without a few more details, it is hard to comment or advise.

As a rule, it is not a good idea to make selling decisions based on what other sellers are doing. They could well be violating a policy as well, and eBay hasn't caught them yet. Or they may have permission to sell items normally restricted to other sellers. Can you fill in a few details?

Are you in managed payments or were asked to sign up for managed payments but did not do it? This is the one thing that would give you a restriction and make you blocked from any further selling. Please confirm if your already in Managed Payments or not. And if you were asked to sign up for it but haven't done so. I can't see any other reason why they would restrict your selling apart from not signing up for managed payments when asked.

Here is the policy on digitally delivered goods. This might be your issue. There are strict rules around the selling of such items.

By no means am I the eBay policeman but you can't sell what you are selling, here on eBay. And the way that you are selling what you are selling is definitely not allowed, kapeesh.

Apart from what everyone has said already, you're also violating the listing category policy: you can't list in SIM cards and then say you're not selling anything tangible.

I'd wager that back in the day, your listings would have belonged in Everything Else/Information Products but still, without being authorized by eBay specifically to sell digitally delivery items, there isn't anything you can do.

If your biggest beef is that others are selling the same thing, feel free to report their listings.

I have just made a post on this but I put mine in the account section of the forum here my account was restricted as well and it does feel like I am being targeted I talked with 3 rep agents and I was only able to talk on the phone with 1 person. So I guess I can try calling back Monday after going through chat again I really would like the restriction lifted I actually had physical items I was trying to sale I even had my name written in the photos of the items for sale even though I only had one photo for each of the items. Listed
