Account restricted from listing

Ebay has restricted my account from additional listings.  I have a store and they took out the monthly fee for the store and it's a new month and I still am not allowed to list anything.  I was late shipping out a couple of items because my husband had surgery and complications  but how do I resolve this with ebay?  Not fair that I have to pay yet can't list anything.

Of course you will pay for your store.

Your 1100+ items are still listed and will roll over every month that they dont sell.

You can cancel your store but then you will only get 250 listings a month and everything else that rolls over will be .35 each.

If you have signed up for a yearly store fee and cancel you will be charged a cancelation fee.

eBay policies apply to everyone equally - the definition of fair.

Hopefully time will heal this wound.  Look and see when your service metrics will next be evaluated and circumstances could change.   You can still sell so make sure to get everything out asap or sooner.
