My account was permanently restricted because of a random review and they asked for receipt for some items and 1 item I didn’t have a receipt. I sell stuff from Amazon pallets. I sent them proof of payment for skid picture of skid and information of the authorized amazon return pallet seller. They didn’t accept it and permanent banned my account. Been with them over 15 years and all positive feedback. They have 1400 of my dollars. I’ve tried many times to get help and just get generic responses. No where in the user agreement does it say you need a receipt. Last agent I talked to admits I violated no part of the user agreement but I was banned because I couldn’t provide the information requested. No amazon pallet place will itemize each item on a pallet. My next step is contacting their legal department before mediation. Has anyone been through this process before?

No, but it does say they can restrict you for any reason they want.
eBay user agreement:
"we reserve the right to refuse, modify, or terminate all or part of our Services to anyone for any reason at our discretion"

Also you should make sure that your request for arbitration is not deemed "frivolous", because if it is you have already agreed to reimburse eBay for the arbitration costs.

What Items were contained on the pallet?

Unfortunately, I think your chances of having your account reinstated are zilch.
As you know from even a glance at the news, organized retail theft is staggering. Legislation to address it is being proposed at every level of government, and the pressure on marketplaces to prevent the resale of the stolen merchandise is heavy.
So, anyone selling brand new items of the sort you had listed, and selling them with stock photos, at that, comes under suspicion these days.
You're not the first person selling stuff from pallets of returns, remainders, overstock, deadstock, etc., to come here to say he'd been permanently restricted from selling because he could not provide receipts for the individual items sold.
All this is just observation. I have no answer to the dilemma.

Contact where you got the pallet from and see if they can provide receipt for the goods.
