I really need some advice. I am a small seller and ended up with a below standard of 6% due to several reasons. I am on oxygen and came down with Covid in April which hung on until well into May. The count was 6 items out of 99 items. One of the cancellations was due to an item that was actually defective but didn't see it until It was sold so rather than shipping it, I canceled the sale. Another was an item that the customer bought the item and questioned if it would fit a certain application and It wouldn't so I had to cancel that. Two of the others I had but the person filling the orders couldn't find items so cancelled the sales. The last 3 months have been fine and I am checking items daily to ensure this won't happen again. Can I contact someone proactively so my account won't be closed?

1. Next time you should cancel these as customer requested

2. Only list items that are in your possession, relying on others to fill orders is fraught with problems, hope it works out for you.

Cancelling because of Out Of Stock is the kiss of death on eBay.
