Hello, I am trying to sell some items, but apparently my account is on hold or limited. I have changed my password (saw that suggested somewhere) and have updated my Credit Card info, and Checking Account info. Ebay is telling me to check my messages, but there are no related messages. I've tried calling ebay's help number, but it says it is no longer in service. Any idea how to resolve this?

Have you changed over to the Managed Payment program?

It looks like your account has been inactive for over a year, if so, you will be restricted until you can get some sale history going again
also, as posted, you may have to opt into Managed Payments b4 you can start selling again
