Well then that is clearly not your issue.
As we have told you several times. We can not help you get your account restored here. We are all just Ebay members like yourself. The ONLY way you can resolve this problem is by working directly with Ebay. There is NO OTHER way to accomplish what you are after.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

When a thread shows up as "access denied" it most often means the thread has (for whatever reason) been deleted.

When you post things that deal with disciplinary actions, they often get deleted or you can be denied access to the forums for a time. You're not supposed to discuss that stuff here.

Actually we can't really help you except to help you better understand why this happened. The reality is that there is likely no hope of recovering your account.
You were drop shipping out of China. Shipping from there is slow. Which likely resulted in you getting some claims filed for INR = items not received. If you get too many of those per the Ebay rules, what has happened to you happens.
Take a look at your Service Metrics numbers. That is where you will find some important information on this.
IDK why the other thread was deleted. It happens if the thread is getting too hostile sometimes.

"You don't have any peer benchmarks."
"You must have at least 30 peers in your group, and at least 100 transactions or 10 item not received requests, to see peer benchmarks in a particular category. Peer benchmarks are not available otherwise."
I had 2 INR. I'm guilty of both.

If you choose to use a different website (since ebay has forbidden you here), purchase inventory, take your own pictures of the actual items, have it available and ship it directly to the buyer yourself.
Dropshipping is dangerous (at best) since you're depending on another entity to do it right and at worst when it violates the rules.
