What policy? It's a service not a policy. It's for cross border deliveries originating from China. If you're using a dropshipper from China I wish you well. China is the Counterfeit Capitol of the World and dropshipping from there is very risky and can lead to getting suspended if your items aren't  authentic.

It is a shipping method used in Asia.  We do not use it here in the US.  My suggestion to you would be to contact your vendor in China who you are drop shipping with and ask them for the info.
