Hi,
I am trying to sell here on ebay but every time I try to add a product I get a message that I need to increase my selling limits first (I don't even have any products added yet!). In order to do that I have only one option: Calling ebay (the phone number is: 866 305 3229) but the problem is that every time I try to call the number I get : "Sorry you are not allowed to call this number" .
I tried to send an email to: customerhelp@ebay.com but I got an auto reply that this email is not used for customer service anymore and a link to "help" page on ebay.
Can anyone help me please

that is the concierge number, I guess they would know your own number
I would give you another that works but many still need to use a code.
go to the top of the page and click on help and contact
you will need determination to get the number at the bottom of the page and the 10 minute code or something
keep at it,the object is to get the number by any means necessary, it can be done

The telephone number may not work for members in Saudi Arabia. Generally speaking, U.S. toll-free numbers do not work internationally.
