Payments take 5 days and I am suppose to cover the shipping for this 5 DAYSSSSSS in advance? New sellers- run dont walk. its not worth selling here.

Whether you received your payments to Paypal (pre-MP) or directly to your ebay account (with Managed Payments), you never had the money actually in your possession instantly. Both take time to transfer. 

But you've always been able to print shipping labels through PP or through the ebay sales transaction. And the funds for the payment of the shipping label are available to you immediately.

Make sure the payment for your shipping label is set to eBay payments.

There's an option to use pending funds to cover the shipping cost. In your anger you probably missed it.
