I sold a vintage item in a box. When packaging the item to send the box literally fell apart. Have e mailed the buyer asking if they want to cancel the sale but have not heard anything back. Item must be sent out today to avoid an EBAY ding.
Should I just cancel the sale, send along the broken box and deal with the inevitable back and forth and then get a negative or any other advice?
