So eBay forced me into managed payment, where unregistered I used my debit card and online banking app, eBay claims they sent my payout Feb 9. And yet we are May 1st and I still haven't received anything... When talking to eBay they claim my bank information was entered incorrect and the money is LOST so basically they are giving me the BIG FU... When I asked eBay to provide proof the bank information was incorrect they can't prove it. And they refuse to let me contact the managed payment department to have this escalated.
PayPal has a bank account verification process where they send a small amount of money to your Bank account and you need to confirm that deposit before any money is sent out... Why hasn't eBay protected it's customers?
I'm out $244 dollars thanks to eBay's poor money management skills.
