I filed one claim with shipcover after shipping hundreds or thousands of shipments covered by them. They sent me a letter banning me for life including anyone in my family and anyone at my address. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Sounds good but if dp_treasures is typical, obviously a problem. I would like to know the details of that sale and loss
also. With very expensive items where there is a claim of non-receipt even with tracking, the seller may be on the hook. i would like there to be a service ( obviously with a fee ) where the item could be sent that in would validate the item and be responsible for its safe shipping

There are occasions where sellers are no longer eligible to purchase ShipCover if your loss experience exceeds specific built in parameters. However one claim would not cause you to be banned. Please contact us with the claim number or other information so we can look into this for you.

I would never trust this insurance company. And now eBay seems to be pushing it every time I go to print a label.
