Just spent 45 mins fixing / updating my template only to have the load page lock and not save , losing all work.........

I have complained about this many times before over the years and it keeps happening on Ebay. Why don't they fix it ? Anyone else ?

I have had the same problem (AGAIN) for a while.

Can't edit or create any Listing Templates.

Have tried to discuss it on chat support, but they are truly hopeless with anything, and either don't understand English language or anything technical.

I guess we'll just have to keep raising the issue here again.

While we appreciate the fact you are working on it, this was reported at least as long ago as November 2021. And you still can not fix it?

Several posters here, myself included, have provided a number of work arounds which allow templates to be made so that new listings can be added. Why haven't you at least made a general announcement, or at least included those suggestions in your postings, until you IP team finally fixes it?

Because they have no intention of actually fixing the problem. They've abandoned the classic lister and they want to force people into using the nonfunctional new lister.

I just wanted to follow-up to let you all know that I found the ticket has been updated to reflect that they plan on having a fix in place very soon. Hopefully by the end of the week this will no longer be an issue. 🤞

I had this same issue in November but it was fixed for me within a week or two.

It started happening again for me 2 to 3 weeks ago but I just checked and my templates are now working.

This is a major problem that has never been fixed in a long time. I can't list an item any longer. Too frustrating.

They announced that the fix was rolled out @barbsbagsetc. Please clear the cache and cookies and all that good stuff and if you still run into issues, come back and tag me and I'll file a new ticket. I will need a screen shot of the message you're getting and the URL for that error page.
