issue partial refund

a buyer wanted to get a partial refund on a item. he opened a claim and closed it after i asked him to in order to issue partial refund so my funds were not locked. i simply cannot locate where to click to issue partial refund. and i am set up as no returns, does this need to be changed too? and where do i do that?

Go into the item you sold. And click into refunds. I just click into shipping discount and refund them. It's quicker for me. And remember...that "refund" comes out of "available funds" immediately...like in 30 seconds. If you have any "available funds" coming your way you may want to wait a day or two from past seller's funds to get those past sellers funds coming in the next day. Promoted fee listings and refunds are immediately taken out of any "available funds".
