Are you still running into issues @moley279? I just tried to view the edit screen for one of your listings and I can see info for the variations. If you still see nothing to edit, what trouble shooting have you done? Please include a screen shot of what you see when you go in to edit the listing. Thanks!

If I edit listing No. 124570978398 for example, I go to 'revise your listing' and click on the edit button next to variations. Then on that page I click on edit next to 'Attributes and options you've selected'. On the next page I would normally see all the different sticker numbers I have available and I can add or delete certain numbers, instead the page has only a few options at the top which when you try and use them don't work.

Weird @moley279! Now I'm getting what you do too. I've filed a ticket with our tech team and I'll let you know what they come back with.

Hi @moley279, I just wanted to confirm that the tech team is aware of this issue but I've not heard anything back yet update wise. I want to be completely honest with you though; given we have no other known reports of this issue going on, single use errors like yours can take longer to get resolved as they do tend to prioritize things that are affecting a large number of members.
I know that's not necessarily what you want to hear but I want to make sure I'm setting you up with realistic expectations as to how long it could take for them to find a fix.
Quick question! What are you wanting to change? If it's the price, quantity, or sku number or to delete a variation, it looks like you can do that a little further down the screen you're originally taken to when you select the option to edit the variations. That could be a possible work around depending on what you're wanting to update.

Hi @moley279, I just heard back from the tech team that this is a known issue and not something they can rectify. It sounds like they disabled the "Sticker Number" variant so it will no longer show up and is what's causing the attributes not to load. They said the only recourse is to create a new listing and because that won't allow for sticker numbers, you should not run into this same issue going forward.
