Click Help & Contact on the top of your screen and you will see this:
Type ebay store on the Search eBay Help line and you will see this screen:
Click the blue arrow on the first topic and you will see this screen:
Click on both the Seller Center link and the Open an eBay Store link.
Within these articles, the main one from the initial screen and all the links contained within these articles, you will be able to find all the information necessary to find the eBay store that is right for you.
