Hello eBay,
Does anyone know of a way to automatically integrate eBay sales and fees into a spreadsheet?
I'm using a spreadsheet and I used Zapier to create a zap to automatically update each time an item sells. It's amazing! The downside is it doesn't include any of the eBay fees associated with the sale of the item.
To accurately calculate the cost of goods sold I want to track what the fees are on each item I sell.
I'm needing to find a way to get all this information in one row or record.
Any suggestions on where to find this and how to automate it?
Thanks in Advance!

Am not familiar with the program you speak of but you might download your detailed transaction history from paypal. This should give you info that you can use.

Hi, @dollybeauty thanks for the reply. When I download the CSV monthly invoice it has all the fees in individual rows. I'm looking for something that shows the items and all the fees in one row, to make importing into my spreadsheet easily.
I'm looking for a download that would send the data in CSV format like this:
Ultimately I think I need to meet with the eBay reports development team, but I'm unsure as to how to go about finding them?
I'm working on something that I could share with all eBay sellers so we can track our total cost of goods sold by item and track inventory easily and for free.
Right now PayPal doesn't provide a detailed report of the individual fees tied to each item.
Thanks for reaching out, you have a great store!

There's a program/Excel spreadsheet that's been done called Easy Auction Tracker. May want to take a look into it. It costs $30.00/year but it could be exactly what you're looking for.
