Run Report on Active listings if you don't have professional store

Unable to quick edit drafts like I can in active listings

Am I missing something? I am unable to quick edit a draft ie change the SKU without having to click into and open the draft. Just want to make sure it is not user error and it is actually a feature they do not have. I am on the desktop.
