Hello, I need urgent help with my developer account, which is completely non-functional. I am in a complete deadlock.
**1. The Problem: API Calls Failing**
- My App ID: [-a-PRD-547141238-9c8fbd84]
- All API calls fail with Error 10001 (Rate Limiter Error). My call limit seems to be zero.
**2. The Deadlock: Cannot Contact Support**
- I cannot "Activate Support" because of a bug on my "Profile & Contacts" page. I cannot save my "Country".
- Because of this bug, I cannot create a support ticket.
**3. What I Tried: I have already contacted the new AI Assistant.**
- The AI Assistant analyzed my problem and confirmed it is a "serious account-specific issue".
- **The AI Assistant itself told me that "the only way to resolve this is through eBay Developer Support".**
- But as stated in point 2, I cannot access this support. I am in an impossible loop.
I have already tried clearing my cache, using different browsers, and using different networks. The problem is with my account itself.
I require manual intervention from the eBay support team. Please, can a moderator or an eBay employee see this and help me? My account needs to be fixed.
