You can use Google Translate.
Copy the text and you can also use it to translate your reply into Spanish to send back.

Great advice
However, translate is great for single words or short phrases, it gets really screwy when you try to translate longer sentences/paragraphs and such. Pray that your translated message back to the buyer isn't accidentally offensive LOL

True that sometimes the translation is not perfect but I have used it many times with multiple languages and not had any issue. I will send my original English and the translated text. That way the sender can see both.

I was being semi-sarcastic. I highly doubt the message will translate into something offensive about the buyer's mother.
Smart to provide both languages in the response. Spanish has been the only foreign language I've received messages in, and I speak Spanish well enough that I get by w/ minimal help from google translate.

Google translate is your best option for interpreting the message that you receive. But then you will need to be careful about the response that you send.
I have had international interactions for over 40 years (typically from buyers writing English as a second language). Usually, I answer in the shortest possible sentences. It is sometimes beneficial best to respond with use smaller words that are more common if the recipient reads English. It is also best to rearrange a sentence to remove ambiguity. Shorter sentences, with no ambiguity, will produce the best results in a Google translation.
I agree with @lisa5768 that sending both the original and the translation would be best.
