How do I transfer the draft to the eBay  store?

Please don't keep starting new threads. It's much easier if you use the blue Reply button to reply on the same thread.

Because you are in the UAE, you will need to create a Payoneer account and link it to eBay before you can list. Once the Payoneer account has been created, it may take a couple of weeks before eBay approves it and then  you can sell.
