Is anyone know why almost half of my listing didn't get through?

I fill the policies with my policy name, I only have one each policy.

Not editing them before/after uploading, still the same from at least a week ago.

Error code 21916250 A return option is missing or not valid. Update your return options.

Even though all listing is the same, but some (random) failed. Literally random, there's no

If you're dropshipping from the US, your listings need to show the items are located in the US, not Indonesia.
