Shipping Label and Packing Slip

I sold a coin today and I finely got the .63 cent shipping label, and selected the 4in by 6in label but the label is coming out verry large, I have been charged .63 cents 3 times now, when I click on view the size it shows a larger sample, even the packing slip is verry big, I changed printers and it's the same thing. Can you help please?

If using a letter envelope, you can trim off the white space. This is the size of eBay's label:

Shipping - eBay standard envelope label dimensionedShipping - eBay standard envelope label dimensioned

If the label is even larger than this, you may need to change a setting in your print dialog. It may be set to stretch-to-fit a full sheet, instead of printing at 100%.  You should be able to reprint labels without purchasing a new label.

My labels are produced as PDF files, so I can change the print size in my Adobe PDF print job. My browser can also read PDF files, so I would need to change the print size in my browser File>Print settings.

If you print as JPG, then you can manipulate the size and reposition elements in an image editor.

Here is how I send coins. After placing the coin in a flexible sleeve, secure in the center of the envelope:

Shipping - eBay standard envelopeShipping - eBay standard envelope

Thanks, I have sold a lot on eBay about 8 years ago, I have been on oxygen for 7 1/2 years now, I think it's effecting my thinking, things have changed, and it's harder to get started again.
