Send Offer is not working

I cannot use the Send Offers feature. I can click on the items I want to Send Offer but do not receive an active button so I can initiate the process. These are new items that I am selling so I should be able to initiate this feature. Help!

What browser are you using? Any difference if you use another?

Or if you try sending an offer from a different page?

My send offer is also not working, same thing, no active button available.  Browser is updated and all listings are using the same browser.   Every other page is working perfectly, just the send offer page. 

Can't get ahold of eBay!

Anybody know what's going on???

Same operating system? Did you try different browser versions? Different pages?

If you are using Seller Hub, try the non-Seller Hub version of the selling page that lets you send an offer.

One is Windows, the other is Apple. Can’t get more different than that!
