Sold my 1st item, but did not mention the shipping charges, because I did not know how to ship.
Can I add to the “sold” item or is it too late? Thanks

Too late you can’t add shipping or charge the buyer more after an item sells. The time to add shipping is when you are listing.
If you are unsure of how to sell on eBay there are plenty of policies to read up on in Help & Contact found at the top of ANY page on eBay.
ETA I saw your sold item you do have Priority shipping for $11.45 in your listing.

The payment from the buyer will include that 12.45 for Priority Shipping that you charged based on the information you put in the original listing......
I doubt you can send that item for 12.45....but that is what you charged, and you can't increase that after the sale......

No need to "mention" shipping charges.
You used calculated shipping by USPS Priority mail, and the buyer was charged based upon the weight/dimensions provided by you when listing the item.
Buyer paid.............. you pack and ship. If it costs more to ship, that's on you to make up the difference.
eBay has a learning curve. Hopefully this learning experience will not be too costly
