Saving Template

Anyone else having an issue with creating or editing a template?   

When I create the template and click save - it just hangs in the queue and NEVER actually saves my work.

It just hangs in "Saving Template . . . " 

 

It's driving me nuts - anybody else?  Any work arounds?   thx!!!

the templates do work with the new lister.  I don't like the new lister though so I just change to the new lister, revise my templates and then switch back to the old lister.. ebay1.jpg

Some of the responses suggested using the new listing tool. After finally locating it I was able to list 2 cards but then this occurred...Screen Shot 2022-02-22 at 2.32.52 PM.png

I don't actually use the new lister.  I just switch to it and then go to my templates and revise the one I want to revise and then switch back to the old lister..

I just wanted to follow-up to let you all know that I found the ticket has been updated to reflect that they plan on having a fix in place very soon. Hopefully by the end of the week this will no longer be an issue. 🤞

Do individual sellers still have to report a problem with templates or is the fix going to correct the issue for all sellers?

 

I noticed a seller who is still having issues with templates. They posted about it yesterday.

It should be working for everyone @jtzvwbug but if people are still running into issues then we have to file new tickets. Tyler set up a post here and that issue is included in it, so you can direct people there and they'll know what info to get to Customer Support.
