Sales Report access

Hi there.... 

Need help subscribing to Sales Reports.  I've been selling all year and just opened a basic store a few days ago. I'm trying to access Sales Reports and it keeps telling me that i'm not subscribed. When I click on the how to subscribe to sales report link it brings me to my subscription page but there is no option to subscribe to Sales Reports and no other options...!

It's a vicious loop and loop and I'm tired of getting dizzy.

Can some one help ASAP?

It was my understanding that Sales Reports would eventually be part of Seller Hub.

I subscribed to Sales Reports Plus, and the last report I can view is Sales Reports Plus, Week 8/4/19 - 8/10/19

For the monthly report, the last one available is July 2019.
