In looking through the ebay reports, is there not a report that will  show  the complete both sides of an item sold?  For instance  buyer pd item price, tax and shipping , buyer pd total and then the final ebay fee, promotion fee and shipping label fee and then my payout amount  all on the same report for a sold item? I just see a hodge podge of reports with pieces and parts of the data wanted  but nothing with the complete order tranaction data from end to end. Am I missing something?

There are seriously, a number of reports and formats available.....

I noticed you mentioned "payout" amounts...

The issue with that is that payouts do not coincide with any specific sale/refund/expense.....ther can be many components that determine a "payout"...(it may have multiple sales, promo fees for diffrent items, store fees, adjusted shipping costm etc....)

so, that report is impossible to do "end-to-end"

The downloadable .csv reports from

are pretty comprehensice regading each sale...and are formatted with generally accepted accounting principles.....

If you would like to see everything, a Transaction Report from this page can be manipulated in a spreadsheet to sort by transaction ID to see all costs associated with a single checkout.
