Purchase history not functioning properly?

As of today, all but 2 of my purchases have just emply place holders. This means I can not see or use tracking links. PLEASE do not try to give basic instructions telling me how to "use" the purchase list. I know how. This is a site malfunction. I have logged out & in, cleared history & cache, all with no change. I can't find ant other way of contacting eBay on this isue. This is on a desk top PC using Windows 7. (no "handheld" or mobile devices here...)

there are several threads of the same theme today, it seems to be a untested "hot" roll out of a kinder and gentler, easier to use, new & improved, polyunsatured ebay
