Problem with File transfer Error Code 21916250 - A return policy must be specified

Hello,

 

I receive this error message Error Code 21916250 - A return policy must be specified after my last upload although I filed all the fields :

ReturnsAcceptedOption : ReturnsAccepted

ReturnsWithinOption : Days_7

RefundOption : MoneyBack

ShippingCostPaidByOption : Buyer

 

In the past I already send several files with the same values and all was fine.

 

I don't know that's wrong this time.

Problem with File transfer Error Code 21916250 - A return policy must be specified

Did you change your Description? Look for a line feed in the Description text. Once FE encounters a linefeed, it treats the rest of the line as the next 'Action'. You should also have an error for the next line item on the Upload results file.
