Problem with File Exchange, error 21919303

I'm having a problem with Seller Hub template or whatever you call it now (former File Exchange), particularly with it's french version. I'm constantly getting error 21919303 when trying to import offers with message "Error - La caractéristique de l'objet Modèle est manquante. Ajoutez Modèle à cette annonce, saisissez une valeur valide, puis réessayez.|La caractéristique de l'objet Modèle est manquante.|La caractéristique de l'objet Modèle est manquante. " Message is obvious, characteristic "Modèle" is missing - notice the spelling, it has to be written exactly like that. Problem is that I have this characteristics in my file. I tried xlsx version, as well as csv version - same result. I was importing exactly same (in terms of header not values) file in the beginning of April and there was no problem. I suspect some UTF-8 problem, but why it started to appear just recently and why only in french version (I import also in DE,IT,ES sites without problems)
