About 70% of my listing's pictures aren't loading when re-posting listings from 'unsold', and 'drafts'.
The pictures are visible in the 'unsold' and 'drafts' section, but after posting(going 'live'), about 70% get the following msg:
'Your listing is successful but there's a problem with your Gallery picture. See details.'
Clicking on 'see details' goes to 'There's a problem with your Gallery picture.
There's a problem with your Gallery picture. Sometimes this problem resolves itself within 24 hours without you doing anything. Below are the 3 different ways you can try to fix it now:
Go to the Fix your Gallery picture page, and click the Create button.
If you want to use a different picture for your Gallery picture, revise your item to add a different picture.
If fixing your Gallery picture doesn't solve the problem, please contact eBay Customer Support and give them this Gallery error code: 28'
I waited 24 hours, then fixed a few listings manually. Waited another day, then clicked 'eBay Customer Support'....this came up...'We looked everywhere. Looks like this page is missing. If you still need help, visit our help pages. Went to the 'help pages' and entered 'Gallery error code: 28' into the search box. The only article that applied was 'Technical Issues', which I checked, and there were none(system status).
I'm in my 4th day of fixing my pictures, none of them have 'resolved themselves'.
Is there a eBay software 'glitch' that's preventing some listing's pictures from loading?
