I have been listing for years. I have always used an item in my inventory to prepare a new listing for the same type product. I say 'duplicate as' and then change all the old info to reflect the new item info. I save and list. The new item is now in my inventory.
Today I prepared 2 items using the above process. Both items are active but neither is in my inventory. I talked to eBay Cust Svc and he said there is a problem with the system which is causing this and sent in a request to get it fixed. No telling when that will occur....
Anyone have a suggestion as a work around? I have lots of items to write up but don't want to do them until I know they will be in inventory.
