My search function has changed...

My search function is totally useless. When I search for a specific item such as "vintage tablecloths" the search will be in the old format for the first page with applicable listings. The second page will be a new format with a slew of listings that do NOT fit the original search. It is very frustrating. Am I the only lucky one??? I have been doing the same searches for years so I know I am not crazy...yet. Something has changed & it is nor for the better. Is anyone else experiencing this??

Can you provide a link to the first page of your search results?

When I search for vintage tablecloth the results appear reasonable to me -- I can navigate to page two and the items appear to be items in the Table Linens > Tablecloths category with vintage in the titles.

If you are using many search keyword exclusions (or excluded sellers), sometimes the length of the URL can cause things to fail in odd ways, and this often results in problems going from page one to page two. If that is the case, try dropping some of your exclusions and see if your results are more consistent.

If you are not using search keyword exclusions but you are seeing many results that do not match your search terms, try putting one of those search terms in quotes like this:

vintage "tablecloth"

Note that doing that will prevent keyword substitutions (both good and bad) and will bypass the automatic category navigation, so you may have to manually change your category to narrow your search down.
