Hi! We are looking to sell some large collections, and are wondering if anybody has found an easy way to do a large quantity of listings easily? Is there a way to make an excel spreadsheet, and merge into a listing template? Or is there an online program/company that is easy to use?
Thank you very much for your time!!

eBay file exchange will allow you to upload listings in bulk via spreadsheet.
I have heard good things about SixBit company software to manage your account, don't have any personal experience with them though.

Hi @bbridges1. @danli-3564 provided some excellent information. More details on SixBit and others can be found here.

Hi @bbridges1 ,
Seller Hub Reports replaced the old File Exchange program. It has very similar capabilities. You can use Seller Hub Reports to create listings through file uploads. If you're comfortable working with spreasheets, then it may be a good fit for you.
Look for the Reports tab in Seller Hub Reports. In the Uploads section of Seller Hub Reports, you can generate a template for creating new listings.

I think a spreadsheet is the way to go if you have a large collection of similar items. It's just so much easier to work with columns of similarity.
There are two points of concern when using a spreadsheet: the description and the photos.
1) The description must be in a single cell, with no line breaks. You may use HTML code in the cell, as long as the HTML is one long string of code.
2) The photos must be added to the spreadsheet as URLs. If you have your own host, you could host them there and place the pipe-delimited (|) URLs in the image cell of the spreadsheet. Otherwise, it is possible to use a single placeholder URL in the upload, add a scheduled start date to each row, and then revise the scheduled listings after they upload in order to add your desktop photos.
You will find eBay spreadsheet information listed here:
https://pages.ebay.com/sh/reports/help/create-listings-bulk/
and also presented in a PDF here:

I would refer to the old File Exchange PDF manual for some of the missing data, like scheduling a listing.
The old File Exchange was merged into the new Seller Hub spreadsheet uploader, so the most of the headings from the old File Exchange manual will work with the newer Seller Hub headings.
