I'm having an issue uploading even one listing with variations. I have deleted everything not needed in variation as I've seen in other helpful posts.
Getting errors:
Add,Failure,21916626|21916664|21916587,Error - Variations Specifics and Item Specifics entered for a Multi-SKU item should be different.||Error - Variation Specifics provided does not match with the variation specifics of the variations on the item.||Error - Missing name in the variation specifics or variation specifics set.
Attached is my file for reference

I suspect the problem is that you are using the name of an "Item Specific" column as the name of a variation.
I see that "Color" is a required Item Specific, so use a different label, like "Colors", for your variation name. "Size" is also an Item Specific, but not required. However, to be safe, I would recommend using a different label there as well, like "Sizes".
Other issues:
Since you are in managed payments, you'll receive a warning that your PayPal fields will be removed, but it won't stop the listing.
First class mail is not a proper option for a wall clock, unless it is under one pound. Did you mean priority mail or parcel?
- USPSPriority (calculated)
- USPSPriorityFlatRateBox (medium)
- USPSPriorityMailLargeFlatRateBox
- USPSParcel (parcel select)
- USPSStandardPost (retail ground)
The provided photo URLs are loading too slowly. They are double the size they need to be for eBay, so I would recommend shrinking them to no larger than 1600 px on the long size. The PNG images are particularly troublesome because they are 8 MB files. Every doubling in dimensions will quadruple the area, or file size.
On a side note, there is a typo in your description that will cause it to disappear.

Now I'm Add,Failure,10019,"Error - One or more parameter values in the input request are invalid. Check the response for ErrorParameters elements to determine which parameters have invalid values. Correct these values, and then resend the input request.|<ShippingService[USPS Priority(10)]>, <ShippingServiceCost[NULL]>|<ShippingType>=FLAT_RATE=1
Does that have to be calc shipping type?

I believe it's saying that if you are offering free shippping, the shipping service Cost should be zero (rather than empty or null) when you select Flat rate as the Shipping Type. However, you can leave it null (empty) if you add another column for "ShippingService-1:FreeShipping".
ShippingType → Flat
ShippingService-1:Option → USPSPriority
ShippingService-1:Cost → 0 (Leave value empty if calculated shipping or if FreeShipping is used below)
optional:
ShippingService-1:FreeShipping → 1 (Used if first shipping option is free and additional options are not. )
