Hi. I’m looking for a very very simple iPhone app that provides 1-item name 2-date purchased 3-purchase price 5-selling price 4-shelf location 5-number in stock 6-item photo 

everything else for me is overkill.

Is there a spreadsheet app for iphone?   If so, you can create your own exactly the way you want it.
